Do I need an Appointment?
Yes, all visits require an appointment. We kindly ask that you call at least one day in advance to schedule, even for quick services such as picking up a shot. This helps us ensure efficient, timely care for all our patients as we want each patient to have dedicated time with our team. Please note that we also offer telemedicine appointments if you are not local. A telemed appointment is the only case in which you do not have to come to the clinic, but an appointment is still required. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Do you Accept Walk-Ins?
In the past, we were able to accommodate walk-in visits without prior appointments. However, due to recent changes in medication ordering, staffing, and office hours, we are no longer able to offer this flexibility. Going forward, all patients must schedule an appointment in advance, telemed and in-clinic, even if you’ve been visiting us regularly without one before.

Do you ship?
Absolutely! If you're not local, no problem! Just give us a call to schedule a telemedicine appointment. We’d love to connect with you over the phone and support you on your weight loss journey from afar.
Please note: At this time, we only ship within the state of Alabama.
Can I stay on my Current Dose if I Transfer from Another Provider?
Yes. As long as we have the proper documentation and medical records, there’s no reason for you to start over. We’re committed to making your transition smooth and maintaining continuity of care.
How much does it cost.
There is no charge for your initial consultation or your monthly followup/weigh-in appointments. You will only pay for your medication.
Do you accept Insurance?
Our medication is not covered by insurance however, any blood work needed can be filed under your insurance. We do offer payment plans, including monthly and biweekly plans, to suite your budgetary needs.
